This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold by Open Channel Media LLC (d/b/a FrontierAlgo) (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") through frontieralgo.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

Every FrontierAlgo product is a digital, invite-only indicator. Access, complete training materials, and supporting resources are delivered to you immediately upon purchase. Because you receive full value the moment you buy, the following policy applies to every purchase.

Existing customers also receive priority pricing and discounts toward future FrontierAlgo tools as our product line continues to grow. We invest fully in your success from day one with a complete professional system and ongoing support. For this reason all purchases are final. No refunds.

Payment Processing & Disputes

Payments are processed by Whop, our Merchant of Record. Whop handles transaction processing, sales-tax collection and remittance, and customer billing on our behalf.

For any concern about your purchase, please contact our team first — ideally within 30 days of purchase — through our Support Hub or by email at support@frontieralgo.com. Most issues (platform setup, activation timing, access activation) can be resolved directly within hours, faster than any third-party dispute process.

For payment-related issues that we can't resolve directly, Whop offers a Resolution Center where customers can request review within the window provided under Whop's Buyer Terms; for product-related concerns, Whop processes refunds only with our approval, and our "all sales final" position generally stands. The one exception: customers located in the EU, EEA, or UK have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right under Whop's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer-protection law. EU/EEA/UK customers who wish to exercise that right within the 14-day window should contact support@frontieralgo.com to initiate.

This Return & Refund Policy is part of and subject to the FrontierAlgo Terms of Service, including its Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration section and Class Action Waiver. Payment disputes handled by Whop, Inc. as Merchant of Record remain subject to Whop's Buyer Terms.
